I am home to Vancouver for a few more days before I go back to Sask to the stores to gear up for What Women Want (have you booked your VIP BUS TICKET yet??), store renos, photoshoots and probably another trip back to LA.

It's hard to leave Vancouver. I feel like Reese Witherspoon in Sweet Home Alabama, she designs a clothing line in New York and then goes home to Alabama- where "you should have a passport to come here---(she said as she entered her parents home)"

But like her, both worlds seem to work, two solar systems in difference. The food, the people, the culture. But some how, it all works.

Daisy Mae my ADORABLE doggie, reminds me that happiness and bliss can be found in the most random of places and in my case, it's a 9 pound fluffy dog that thinks she is a human or baby for that matter!

I am also looking for the latest greatest finds in the most random places. While home in Vancouver this month I always make a visit to Value Village, it's really clean and well managed now and like so many other things it's hit and miss, but if you take your time and really look, plan and visualize you are bound to find one good item. This time I did.

In perfect condition with beautiful lines I found a vintage blazer set (the pants were included) for $15 bucks. The blazer has GOLD BUTTONS! and I just love it! I can't wait to wear with denim and some neon yellow pumps! The pants are going to look wonderful this summer with a basic black tee and some statement jewels! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My brother Dexter takes after his sister in that he has found a beautiful passion for Louis Vuitton. So while in Vegas this week he could hardly wait to go to the new LV across from our hotel and purchase some new items for his ever growing collection and as it so happens we went in looking to get him another LV belt and travel bag, but instead we fell in love with this S/S 2012 sunglasses for men. Of course, once he tried them on he couldn't put them down. Beautiful. Can't wait until we are in our 50's and 60s and can pass these "vintage" items down to our nieces and nephews!

And true to my shoe obsession and latest passion for WEDGES-- I think this is my shoe of choice from now on, I bought these. Love & Lust all in one!

My brother Dexter and I just spent the past week in Vegas & La searching for amazing new items for the stores. We both have a passion for vintage and of course amazing unique one of a kind jewelry and accessories. We found some AMAZING collections on our travels this week.

I have been looking at this line of "gaudy" as they name it yet bold and beautiful jewelry since my last visit to LA! Thank goodness Dexter and I had enough time at the end of the tag to finally pick up some of these great BEAUTIFUL pieces. They will look to die for with some of the colors coming in this season

We fell in LOVE with this "watch". Which is a vintage 1800 watch that put onto a leather cuff. It's so edgy yet classy. Looks great on a women with some major arm candy or a trendy guy. You will be seeing some pieces from this line in the fall xo

We found this line from DC on Tuesday and our hearts fluttered. There were so many great pieces we just couldn't choose, so we settled on three really great FUN pieces that you will see in store this week!

I am obsessed with ARM CANDY- I have been in love with it since last spring when everyone thought I was weird for piling so much on my arm. But now I am too the excessive and just can't get enough. On the jewelry buy I found these neon pieces + they are coming in 5 other colors too!!! Stack stack stack!

HATS!!!! You should see the adorable floppy's we got and these flower ones are so cute. How can you not want to rock this with a pair of sunglasses and a beautiful maxi dress? Bring on the HOT WEATHER--- or hot vacation!

Just after the jewelry buy- it's intense and at the end of each buy we usually have about 100 pounds of jewelry being shipped to the store. It takes me about 2-3 hours each buy (then we break for sushi on the rooftop patio and some great country music, random I know)

I found this line on Tuesday as well, she is a designer from LA makes this all by hand and is worn by a handful of celebs! I am the first store in Canada to carry her line and couldn't be more excited, will be in store just in time for What Women Want! xo

I am big on Goals. Always have been, but it really started to become embedded in my soul when I worked for Lululemon. A company that surrounds in culture around goals and goal setting.

This year I have asked my team @ Obv Chic to create goal boards and to post in our offices at obviouslychic.com. I am away buying and spending some much needed time at my place in Vancouver, so when I get back the girls will all have their goal boards done for themselves and the store- I will take a picture then and share!!!

In the meantime I thought I would share some of my goals this year!

1. I will run San Fran half marathon on July 29th, 2012

2. I will run the Lululemon half marathon on August 11th, 2012.

3. I will practice and maintain a G-Free life

4. We will get obviouslychic.com out to Western Canada

5. I will change my do-- by summer!!

I am a firm believe of writing down and visualizing your goals and I also want to create a company that believes if you are happy personally you will be passionate and happy during work time too!

We feel like we won the lottery! The other day we had a lovely lady contact us wanting to sell us her ENTIRE vintage jewelry collection with pieces ranging back to the 1800's!! We couldn't focus all day and I am SUPER excited and blessed that she contact us and felt us to be worthy of finding/being a new home for her treasures.

In the spring we will start a "vintage jewels" section on the site and you will be able to LOVE some of her pieces too!

We did another photo shoot last week with the theme "Glitz & Glam" Back to our favorite spot an old vintage building in Oxbow owned by a lovely lady, every time I go back to this place my heart skips beats and I dream of renovating the whole space keeping it's vintage character and having beautiful parties there all year long.

This time we had a fantastic team outside of our amazing model Alex, photographer Starr and myself. Starr's sister Amber did hair, and new additions Brogan and Landon helped styled and moved bra straps and random Christmas trees when needed.

It's so great to be in such a creative setting with like minds. My heart melted when Brogan came up to me when she got to the building and told me she could cry, she just loves the building so much! Nothing more a girl could ask for than to be surrounded by people who "get it".

The more and more shoots we do and the more Obv Chic grows I am amazed at what I have found in Saskatchewan talent wise. I am blessed to be able to go back to Vancouver whenever I want to gain inspiration from my friends and when I need more I get to go to LA or some other amazing world city and bring it back here to Saskatchewan, but I am only as good as the people I surround myself with and that couldn't have any more truth to it- than it does now!

The photos turned out amazing. Show stopping. Just how I visioned them. I can't wait to share them with everyone on obviouslychic.com and through marketing items and Facebook. But until then, here is our behind the scenes and some final creations.

We did a pop up store this past weekend in Regina at Days Inn Airport and it was a LOVELY time!!! We were a bit tired Friday afternoon as we set up, we didn't get to bed until late the morning before as we had our GLITZ & GLAM photo shoot, but everything fell into place and we hosted a private shopping party Friday night which was great.

We were overwhelmed with the support from Regina and we can't wait to open up in 2012 in Regina until then we will be doing pop up stores.

We will be back in Regina Dec 16th, 17th & 18th! Stay tuned!

I just wanted to take some time to say thank you to everyone for their kind words, support and excitement for my second store obviouslychic.com. It was an emotional time for me on my levels leading up to the launch for various reasons. But I launched it without a glitch, okay well one small glitch- the payment side of the website didn't work for a few hours launch morning, but my AMAZING web designers fixed it without a hitch (thanks Kurt, Liv and Jeremy) at Domain7 for a wonderful experience.

I had visitors all day long coming into the store to say congrats, my wonderful obviouslychic.com team: Starr (starlitephotography.com) and my model Alex both stopped by with flowers, cards and treats and Starr brought the Oxbow Herald which featured a lovely store on us.

My inner circle has been a huge force of strength this year and beyond, thank you to everyone who is part of that circle, you know you who are.

I stood in the pouring rain and I have many friends-- That's all you can ask for in life, it's in the rain that you find out who your true friends are.

For my auntie and uncle's 25th anniversary we did a Vegas themed party and everyone was asked to wear something glitzy and well sequins. I kept pulling sequins out of my closet, jackets, skirts, shoes finally my cousin said, "Who has this much sequins?" Well me of course, always have had an obsession and love for it and I have been collecting pieces for years both vintage and new.

Now, that trend is in style even though it's always been in style in my world. So this holiday season I am bringing in tonnes of these GLAMOUROUS pieces, including a BEAUTIFUL blazer in BLACK, GOLD & SILVER and a wide assortment of shirts and dresses. We are having a huge Xmas party at OBV CHIC in December where all attending to shop, party and being glam will be encouraged to pull out their sequins too!!!

Here's just a sneak peek of what's coming... oh and how much do you LOVE the Wildfox sweaters with the sequin hearts?? We are super excited for these, actually we are counting down the minutes until we can rock one ourselves.

We are super excited to have Keri's line back in store. This funky beautiful woman is from Swift Current, Saskatchewan and she found me when I was just about to open up the store 2 years ago. I brought in her line right away and it's been a fan favourite since! Her business has taken off and she quite her job to do this full time-- I LOVE STORIES like that, warms my heart and of course I got busy with the store and haven't ordered her pieces in a while.

Since the last time I had her in store she has come up with some fab new pieces including her fantastic necklace/clip combos. Which allows you to purchase clips of her designs whenever you like to switch things up.

Also her chunky, funky bracelets are a must!

Her line will be back in store by the end of November as well! SOOOO EXCITED

Today I found Monika's line of handmade bracelets and I FELL IN LOVE. They are all handmade with chain from Europe, they come in super bright and fun colors (think NEON), and to be ahead of the trend I suggest you pick up one or two or three of these this holiday season.

Neon is HOT HOT HOT for S/S 2012.

I am super super excited to have this line in store and online by the end of November.

I write this at 2:30AM on I guess what is Sunday Oct 30th. Two days before I launch obviouslychic.com a national website. There has been a flood of emotions over the past few weeks and especially the last few days. I have had my "moments" where it was hard to keep my emotions at bay and to focus on the long, long, tedious hours of work ahead. With a bit of help from my family and friends I will be launching this website on Tuesday with my blood, sweat and tears written all over it.

Every single detail has been thought out, every single item handpicked. Tonight I entered 600 pieces of jewelry into the stock system of the website. Yesterday I re- tagged every single piece of clothing and jewelry with all our new tags and for the past week I have uploaded over 800 photos.

Not to mention over 6 photoshoots over the last half year. Numerous detail orientated concepts back and forth with my AMAZING graphic designer and of course doing this once, getting scammed and having to start all over.

There will be no words Tuesday morning when the website goes live. For once in my life, a girl of many words, emotions and thoughts might not have one. My only hope is that every single fan of OBV CHIC doesn't have anything to say either when they first log on, and all they do is stare, a visual person I have concentrated on every detail to make you say, awwwwwwwwwwww.

My mom today told me she doesn't understand what I am doing/launching, and I said that's fine I respect that. Everyone is the same way, only a few handful really understand what is going on behind the scenes and what this launch really means and what it will become and that's fine. No one really "get's" what anyone does for a job or as a creator, it's hard to comprehend how someone, creates. After all, I cannot even begin to grasp how Steve Jobs made the apple computer. But that's the beauty of life, there are amazing people who create and develop and then there are those who like to copy everything you do and to be honest you can never get away from that, so you might as well let yourself know early on to not let it bother you, because at the end of the day, they can never be you with your talent, your ideas, experience and everything else in between!

So tonight, I share behind the scenes of our warehouse and the making of obviouslychic.com. Thanks for all your love & support, nothing makes me happier than to see women happy, beautiful and comfortable in their own skin and as a wonderful customer said to me last night, "I didn't know fashion until you came to town and then I realized that I may just have a passion in fashion." And that my dear's is why I am up working at 3am on a Saturday night...

I took some time off from my blog this summer more so because grief took over my life. Grief is a really weird emotion. You think you are fine and maybe even prepared for a loss in your life, but when it happens it's never how you plan it out in your mind. Sometimes, people are so ill it's harder to watch them suffer than it is to have them gone, but at the end of the day it doesn't make it any easier.

I have a growing company to focus on so that has helped keep my grief at bay. But when I least expect it, on a beautiful night drive home from the store, or when a certain song comes on the radio, or even the way someone looks at me, tears and emotion come over me like a wave.

Grief it's the weirdest emotion out there, but honestly one of the most beautiful as I would rather feel it and go through it, because it means that I loved, that someone meant something to me and it means that I was blessed in more ways than one.

My grandma passed away on June 7th after being sick for 7 years. She was my best friend and the reason I am who I am. I was blessed to write and read her eulogy and wanted to share a beautiful life with you xoxo

Grandma Dougherty’s Eulogy
Written & Read by: Jessica Cote June 10th, 2011

It's funny. Grandma never wanted us to call her old, no matter what the number on her birthday said. She wore adidas socks, stayed current on all the modern things and even made us get her Facebook. She turned 77 years old this year on May 22nd the day we celebrated Auntie Sharon & Uncle Rick's 25th anniversary, we sang happy birthday and she got in on the surprise, she smiled and was so happy and if she could of she would of danced the night away and even had a drink... or two.

But In Mossbank in 1953, by no means was grandma old when she met grandpa when he was working on the telephones, her and a girlfriend were walking by him when thirsty grandpa needed a drink he had no money so grandpa threw down his wallet instead, wanting not just a drink but I think he had a motive for her to see his driver's license and know he was so he could take her out on a date -- and date they did.

They were married on a very rainy day in September of 1954. In 1955 they had Arthur, then came Jo-anne in 1957, Alan in 1961 and Sharon 1962. In 1969 they started Industrial Communication Systems Lid and built the business together. When grandma and grandpa lived at their old house on King St where their business was also based many of times she would be cooking in the kitchen and see a customer pull up to the shop, she would holler out the window "That radios' done I will be right out." She was so proud of the family business and as grandpa would say she ran and very good and tight ship.

Grandma and grandpa were blessed with amazing and good friends that have been with them from the very early years on. Friends that can remember the great nights dancing at the Ponderosa, very cherished memories full of many laughs and great times. Along with her times at the Ponderosa, grandma had a love for Vegas. She hated to fly, even when Art and Grandpa bought a plane in 1990 and grandpa coaxed and coaxed her to go for a ride, a ride that she shouted "get me down, get me down" once they were in the air and all she could see was sky. She never flew in their plane again, but when it came to Vegas, she was getting there even if it meant getting on a plane- if you sat beside her you needed to be prepared for her grabbing your hand or holding onto the arm chair rest at the sight of any type of slight movement in the plane!
She enjoyed Vegas many many times over the years, with friends and with her children, and she always made sure she had a great glitzy Vegas wardrobe when she was there and when she came back she would always say, "I can't wear that coat out that's for Vegas"

When it came to being classy grandma was just that. I blame my life and passion for fashion on her. Grandma loved beautiful things, she loved looking good and she really believed in quality over quantity. When I was younger and we would go shopping she would insist that I try something on - even though I didn't think it would look good she would announce "Jessica, you try it on it on things always look better on than they do on the rack!" Just the other night grandpa and I had a good laugh about how she always insisted on carrying a good quality purse.

So of course, it's no doubt that she had a beautiful well kept home as well. Grandma was extremely particular on many things, including her dishwasher- you did not ever load her dishwasher because she was the ONLY one that could load it the right way so that the dishes would be cleaned properly and if you didn't make the bed well with the sheets tight and fitted you better be re-doing it or she would! She took pride in her home and loved every moment of spending time with her family and friends in it.

She was very proud to be a member of the Royal Purple and even spent time as the president, I have very fond memories of going to set tables with her, and she took great pride in it.

If there was one holiday that grandma lived for it was Christmas! She loved to decorate, bake and always enjoyed giving, she always used to tell me that she loved to see people happy, and Christmas was one of her favorite times of the year.

I really don't know how to sum up her life in this short time, it's impossible really she was loved by so many and it's amazing really how one person can hold a family together and be something different in so many different ways to so many people. Throughout the last 7 years, she still continued to fight, smile and enjoy life even when sometimes the odds were against her and the times were tough. She always was up for a good laugh and even on a day when she might not of being feel that great she still loved to visit and always wanted to know what's new. Honestly, I don't think we can say that anyone else put up a better fight.

She was a best friend to many, a wonderful mother, auntie, sister and husband to grandpa for 57 years. At the hospital on Monday I watched grandpa walk back down the hall to grandma's room but before he walked away he turned around and said " her children and grandchildren meant the world to her, it was her greatest joy" but the truth of the matter is she was ours.

She was there when we needed an ally, if we wanted to talk or felt like a cry. When no one else seemed to understand, she was there with a helping hand. It's just so hard to imagine now that she is gone. Without her advice, it’s hard to figure out how to carry on. She was wise, and witty and one of a kind, it's hard to not feel so lost since she left us behind. I knew she said she wanted to go; her body was tired and hurt her so. Maybe now is the time for us to resume carry on the tradition and break this gloom, to impart her wisdom to family and friends and face life with smiles while the heart slowly mends.

I dreamt last night she was making her golden dollar pancakes-- you know the ones that had to be just right... She truly had a passion and love for food and cooking. She enjoyed canning and baking and always said there is nothing worse than opening up the fridge and having nothing to eat, so you could always guarantee that if you were hungry there was always something good in grandma's fridge. She made the best buckwheat sausage around with her sisters Edna and Emma, and she always knew where everything was in her freezer, she would often send grandpa to get something from the freezer and he would look and look never could find what she said was there, but he knew better than to stop because by golly it was always there.

No one will ever be able to clean a chicken or pheasant like her, the bird was barely dead and grandma would make sure the feathers were plucked off before it got home and she would spend hours cleaning it to ensure that it was just right. So today, we have a wonderful lunch to celebrate the life of a beautiful true lady, so we hope you can come downstairs after to celebrate with us, please eat lots and give the shack a good name.

Our family, your friends and I will miss you sorely all the days of our lives, but we can be at peace knowing that we will always have you by our sides in our hearts and in the memories that keep your spirit so much alive.

I hope Audrey Hepburn came to meet you, I love you and miss you more than you will know and I will always be your girl.

This is not goodbye,---just see you in a little while.

As we approach our 2nd anniversary this fall, we look back on the last two years and we are truly blessed with the most amazing and stylish fans of Obviously Chic.
As a fan, we know you have been waiting and waiting and WAITING.. for the launch of obviouslychic.com and if you were behind the scenes you would know that we have been waiting too...

... ... Life is all about learning, trusting, and surrounding yourself with the people who have your best interest at heart and who are willing to be a part of something amazing. But as life so often does,
it throws you some curve balls and surprises and the realization that no matter how much you plan, hope and trust people to help you create, not everyone has the best intentions.

After a year in the making, it came to our attention that Obviously Chic was part of a scam and that the website was promised for you to buy beautiful pretty things would not be launching Spring/Summer 2011. That nothing had been created by our web designer and we were merely just led down a long road of empty promises and constant chasing.

So with that news, all that had been created in the past few months would have to be re-worked and for the most part we have had to start over from the beginning.

Everything happens for a reason and we thank you for your patience. We know the wait will be worth it and we cannot wait to launch our beautiful, gorgeous amazing site-- FINALLY this fall.

We wanted to be honest and let you know what was really happening behind the scenes and that indeed we do have our ducks in a row and have been ready to launch for many many months.

It will be extremely bittersweet when we launch this fall and we honestly don't know if we will cry, laugh or pass out....

Thanks for loving us and standing by us as we had to pick up the pieces and start over ...

Sometimes, I find things that I have to have in the store and this handbag line is one one of those things. I found this line last fall, but because it's a higher pricepoint wasn't sure about bringing it into the store.

I have been pondering and pondering about it, then bought one for my sister and INSTANTLY fell in love. The leather is so soft and smells amazing-- you know the leather smell?

I am now getting one, my auntie and mom bought one and my sister has her's! You know it's a great bag when everyone else follows.

We have a few bags in store, with the rest coming later this month oh and some FAB lambskin coin purses too.

On the weekend I bought these LIMITED EDITION wedges. I have been eying them up for months, when I went to buy them the girl said that sizes were limited because, really where can you wear them? Everywhere OBVIOUSLY!

This pair of shoes has been SOLD OUT for months and finally became available and I can't stop thinking about them, paired with white denim and the off the shoulder NEON YELLOW dress/tunic from our Miami line, how perfect?!

We are aiming to launch to the online store: Obviously Chic on June 15th or somewhere around there, so it's going to be a crazy few weeks ahead of us.

I am truly blessed for all the support and love we have received in the last year and half (hard to believe we have been open that long ALREADY) it's because of our FANTASTIC facebook fans and in store customers that we are now launching a National wide online store with launch parties in Calgary and Vancouver this fall.

Sometimes I am running when I should be walking and I forget to slow down and enjoy the moment, I think most of us can relate! But then again when you have a deeply rooted passion for doing what you love everyday, it's hard to keep the wheels from turning, day and night.. But that's the beauty of it all.

Its been in the making for the last year and it's getting closer and closer to the actual launch. Last week, obviouslychic.com's photoshoot took place and there honestly are no words.

I went back to my old work in Calgary and used an old 1900's bakery that is only open in the summer. It meant so much to me to be able to shoot at a location owned by Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts as I worked there for 5 years and they became my family and will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart.

I had two ADORABLE models Courtney and Bryanna! They were amazing so thank you to them and their cute looks and work!:)

Jackie Johnson is the BEST of the BEST in Calgary for hair and makeup and I adore her! She created so many great looks fast and they worked amazingly with the vibe, colors and story! If you are in Calgary to visit or live there she does lessons on how to look and feel fab everyday, I know when I am back in July- me and my sisters are going for a visit to learn the ropes of beauty.

So of course--- I am keeping you waiting for the launch. But in the meantime here are a few behind the scenes of the shoot!

On March 24th, I made my way to Oyen, Alberta. Back in January I got a call from Christie from Return to Rural to come and speak on social media and how I came back to rural to follow my dreams.

We had about 35 people turn out for the afternoon and it was a wonderful time! The whole team from Return to Rural are completely amazing, down to earth and really passionate about their project and I am completely blessed that they asked me to be a part of it.

They even made me an Obviously Chic cake complete with Facebook!!! Be sure to "like" them on Facebook, it's a great project and inspiration for the rest of rural communities throughout Canada.

I know. I feel like a broken record everyone is waiting for obviouslychic.com to launch and finally it's look like it's an early Spring launch. So much has gone into this launch, as it's not just a extension of our current store it's a completely separate store that will be Nationally promoted. We have renovated the basement in our store to house the .com it even includes a photo studio, soon to be flat screen tv, and a cobalt blue couch and chandelier-- we like to work in style!

We are beyond excited for the launch and to show everyone that the wait was well worth it, so stay tuned the closer we get to the launch the more information you will see and everyone who has shopped with us from out of town your mailbox will be bringing you something special pre-launch! xoxo

It's always nice when it's the dead of winter to start dreaming of nicer days... Lucky in fashion we are always looking ahead, so it's no surprise that us fashionista's have trouble living in the "present" really how could we, when there is so much to look forward to in the future!

We were in the Christmas spirit a few weeks ago when we decorated the store on a WARM November day, it was so warm I think I might of even put on the A/C!!!!!

So much is going on this year, what I like to call our first REAL Christmas. We have Midnight Madness, December 9th--- 12 hour of shopping, music, fudge, apple cider, shopping (there is going to be a discount and other fun things too) prize (Gossip is that it's a wrap watch, boots and something more). We are encouraging all of our out of town fans to make the drive (if you do, tell us we will have a surprise) the store is going to be at it's BEST stock level and it's Christmas the best time of year to come and visit.

Our SARCASTIC handmade Christmas cards from Vancouver are back!

We have our new Gift Certificates available for purchase in any amount!! We have also been getting a lot of requests on email so yes, you can order them via phone and email and we will send them out. They can also be used when the .com launches!

The store is decorated for Xmas, complete with the most BEAUTIFUL pink Christmas tree and our beautiful Christmas decal which is our slogan for this xmas " All I want for Christmas is PRETTY THINGS to transform my mood" (picture of that is coming xo)

Our Wish List's are in store as well. Here's how they work:

1. Fill them out and either give them to your gift giver to bring in to us to help them find what you are looking for

2. Fill them out and give them to us and your gift givers can come to the store and say your name and we will bring out your card and tell them what you want.

3. If you are out of town we are accepting email wish lists too!!!

... Over the Knee

Last year, we took a risk and got these AMAZING black over the knee pump boots. I bought a pair a few weeks before when I was in LA and then kicked myself when I ordered the black pair for the store because they were sooooooo much better than they pair I paid twice as much for in LA. Don't you hate that?

I didn't think they would sell, they were pretty edgy especially for a Saskatchewan winter. But I knew the trend was going to be HUGE this winter, so I told everyone a little secret... Get these boots this winter, so that when next winter arrives you aren't searching high and low for the BIGGEST trend, and people listened and they sold out.

Now, everyday people are asking, do you have over the knee? YES! Of course we do, and this year not just in PUMPS but FLAT BOOTS too...

And just because, I finally found them.. They over the knee pumps are coming back in BLACK and I couldn't resist.. RED (and there is still a few GREY left in store too)

Truly, what makes you feel more sexy then a long over the knee boot. No matter how short or tall you are, they make everyone look taller and skinner. Really it's a proven fact:)

... Mmmmmm Miami!!!

We love this line! It's from Miami, so really what's not to love?? We had it this summer and it sold out. It's flattering and fits all the body types. I know we have blogged about it before, but we are going to again, because we are just so excited for it to arrive.

... Styled Oufits

We put together a mini nothing fancy fashion show for our One Year Anniversary. Putting together some different looks is my world, so many people come into the store wanting me to help dress them and that honestly is my FAVORITE THING TO DO!

Last Sunday actually a beautiful woman and customer from Regina sent me a picture of her Xmas dress that she was planning on wearing to her Xmas Party and her shoes, we talked back and forth about if she should wear panty-hose etc. But as soon as I saw the dress ( she drove down to shop from Regina this summer so I also am lucky to know what she looks like in person) I knew that I could make her look even MORE beautiful! So I put her in some beautiful Cobalt Blue pumps, with the BEAUTIFUL cobalt blue cuff and we added in a Cobalt blue scarf (if she gets chilly) and VOILA.. What started as your staple little black dress, turned into what I am sure was the most amazing outfit at that party and the most beautiful woman.

I am here always, if you have ANY questions about how to dress, what to pair what with what, for goodness sakes even if your having a fat day or trying to hide a mommy tummy, write me, facebook me or call me. I don't care where you buy your clothes, just because you might have bought a dress elsewhere but need help with shoes or a piece of jewellry, ask!!! In life, if there is anything that is a must learn, its to put your trust in the professionals and those that know their industry when you don't.

Because.. let's be honest. If you need me to change a light bulb, flat tire, or do math for you? We are in DEEP TROUBLE!
